All orders placed on https://trivonza.com/ are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Destinations 

Trivonza LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once processed, your order will be delivered within an estimated 3-5 business days. Combining processing and shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Trivonza LLC is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages 

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
